J. Earl Shoaff - How to Become a Millionaire

After returning home from the army Earl put his efforts into doing what he knew best: Hard work, such as weeding, gardening, harvesting and planting. At the time of his death at a young 49, J. Earl Shoaff was not only an inspirational speaker, he was an inspiration who changed people's lives.
